Legal Notice & Terms of Service

These Legal Notices and Terms of Service (TOS) govern the contractual relationship for the use of the Carthage application services (published by Narok).

2. Description of Services

Carthage provides a training platform for resilience against phishing (threat simulation, collection of educational telemetry, creation of AiTM endpoints). Usage is strictly reserved for educational purposes as part of authorized cybersecurity awareness campaigns.

3. User Obligations

By accessing the service, the Client Entity or the User formally agrees to:

• Conduct internal phishing campaigns only on personnel whose consent to evaluation or internal regulations authorize it, in accordance with the French Labor Code.
• Not use Carthage against third-party entities without strict and explicit authorization.
• Design scenarios that respect personnel and the ethical frameworks established by the Social and Economic Committees (CSE).
• Refrain from impersonating brands or individuals in a way that could cause real harm other than an educational outcome.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (architecture, text, logos, etc.) of the Carthage application is the exclusive property of Narok SAS. Any total or partial reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited under the terms of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Disputes

These legal notices and TOS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts at the registered office of Narok SAS.
